A Twin Cities native, Al Anderson has been deeply rooted in the community for over 25 years. He earned his degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and discovered his passion for real estate early on, inspired by his dad, aunt, and uncle’s involvement in the Twin Cities market. Together, Sarah Polovitz and Al Anderson are top REALTORS® in Minnesota, with over $100 million sold in 2025.
Before transitioning into real estate, Al spent six years in commercial construction management, where he developed a strong attention to detail and honed his ability to guide clients through complex projects—skills that now serve him well in helping buyers and sellers navigate the homebuying and selling process.
When he’s not assisting clients, Al enjoys spending time with his wife, Alyssa, and their two children, James and Fritz. You’ll often find them playing hockey, skiing, boating, or waterskiing on Gull Lake.
