About Sarah Polovitz

Sarah Polovitz has been a licensed REALTOR with the State of Minnesota since January 2014. She is the Founder and CEO of POLOVITZ GROUP, the fourth largest "Small Team" in the State with a closed volume of $81 million and 73 units sold in 2023. 

POLOVITZ GROUP is a team composed of her cousin and licensed REALTOR, Al Anderson, and long-time Client Services Manager, Dianne Benton. Sarah Polovitz, Al Anderson and Dianne Benton are based out of Compass Wayzata office, located at 401 Lake Street East, Suite 200, Wayzata, MN 55391. POLOVITZ GROUP serves clients in all price ranges across the Twin Cities and Brainerd Lakes Area.
